Pixfulness is a casual pixel puzzle game. The Services may change over time, and some features may be added, modified, or removed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixfulness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the Services or if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
